You will engage directly with customers to understand their beauty needs, provide personalized advice, and maintain the presentation of our vibrant product displays. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, confident in sales, and thrives in fast-paced retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and deliver a tailored shopping experience
- Recommend Flormar products based on skin tones, preferences, and beauty goals
- Demonstrate makeup application techniques when needed
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Keep shelves well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Assist in inventory control and daily operational tasks
- Stay up-to-date on Flormar product knowledge and new launches
- Maintain a polished appearance and represent the brand professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or cosmetics is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for makeup and beauty
- Confident, positive, and sales-driven attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a proactive mindset
